1 概述
中央音乐学院(Central Conservatory of Music)是中国最高音乐学府。为弘扬中华民族音乐文化,中央音乐学院自 1989 年起先后在多个国家和地区开展考级工作,本着普及音乐教育的宗旨,以严谨的学术作风和优良传统,为海内外业余学习中国乐器的音乐人士,提供专业权威的水平鉴定与考核。
为推动和加强中国与加拿大的文化交流,中央音乐学院从 2006 年开始,在加拿大举办中乐水平等级考试,考试包括“专业等级考试”
(技术考级)和“中国民族器乐常识与音乐基础考试”(乐理考级),考务工作由加拿大卑诗中乐协会(BC Chinese Music Association)负责组织与实施,协助推动当地中乐发展。
加拿大卑诗省教育部从 2007 年开始,正式唯一认可由中国中央音乐学院考核的海外音乐水平考级成绩,并接受由其颁发的“中央音乐学院校外音乐水平等级考试”合格证书,批准列入卑诗省中学校外学分课程(External Credential Program Courses)成绩,可用于高中毕业申请大学的学分。学分组别定名为: Chinese Central Conservatory of Music Course(中国中央音乐学院课程)。乐器类别包括:古筝、二胡、琵琶、扬琴、中阮、竹笛、笙、柳琴和唢呐共9项。考生以其中单项“技术考级”连同“乐理考级”合格证书,最多可申请 8 个学分,作为中学毕业学分用途。学分组别及成绩要求分别如下:

UCCM 10 – 第七级“技术考级”连同“乐理考级”合格证书可获 4分。

UCCM 11 – 第八级“技术考级”连同“乐理考级”合格证书可多加 2 分。
Chinese Central Conservatory of Music 12 / 中央音乐学院中乐课程 – 音乐 12 组学分
UCCM 12 – 第九级“技术考级”连同“乐理考级”合格证书可多加 2 分。

2. 报考级别与报名对象
各专业演奏水平定为 1—9 级及演奏级。
所有考生可自由选择合适的级别考试,同一专业同一考生不可同时报考多个级别,待当次考级成绩发布后,方可继续报考。(建议考生参考指导教师意见选择适宜的级别报考。)
凡学习过以上专业,具有一定程度者均可报名参加,年龄不限。
3. 考试内容
演奏部分:自选一首练习曲(可看谱演奏),自选一首乐曲(须背谱演奏18岁及以上除外)。
口试部分:由于本次考级采用上传视频方式考试,故本次考级免除口试。
4. 报名
(1) 报名及审核时间
2024 年 6 月 15 日至 8 月 15 日报名,9 月 1 日至 30 日审核回复。

本简章及在线考试报名表格的链接刊登于 “卑诗中乐协会”官方网页(www.bccma.net) 的“CCOM /中乐考试”项目内。一切资料以官方在线版本为准。在填写及提交报名表前,应先详阅本考级简章。所有考试费用以加币缴纳。
报名时须正确填写:中文姓名(如有)、英文姓名、通讯地址、出生日期、报考科目、级别、曲目(报名列表上选取)、联系邮箱等,18 岁以下考生须填写家长或指导老师姓名、联系电话。
考试前不再发送准考证,凭官方制作带有头像的证件(护照、枫叶卡、驾驶证等)参加考试,
考生的联系邮箱和邮寄地址非常重要,请认真核对填写,如果因为邮箱填写错误导致无法接收到邮件,需要重新发送的,将收取 5加元的邮箱更改费用后才能补发邮件。
证书姓名将从考生提供的报名信息中自动提取,一经生成无法更改,请认真核对报名信息。如因姓名错误或邮寄地址错误导致证书丢失需要重新制作证书的,须支付 50 加元的证书制作和国内邮寄费用(不包括国际快递费用)。

6. 考试及发证
(1) 考试时间
今年技术考级统一采取“上传视频”的形式进行。视频上传考试规则和收款收据将于报名后以电邮发给考生,收据上的号码也是考生的编号,以后需要编号方可查询考生相关信息。报名表上请务必填写有效的邮箱地址,如超出回复时间仍未收到,请及时发邮件来咨询。因假期无人接听电话,请勿电话联系或留言。
(2) 视频上传时间:2024 年 10 月 20 日(暂定)
(3) 成绩公布时间:2025 年 2 月,届时将通过考生报名时登记的邮箱发送评审表,请务必填写正确的邮箱地址。
(4) 发放证书时间:约为成绩公布后 2 个月内。
7. 注意事项
(1) 乐曲须背谱演奏,练习曲可看谱演奏。年满 18 周岁及以上者可例外。
(2) 考生须自备调好音的乐器应考。
(3) 考试时一律不得使用伴奏或伴奏音频。
(4) 考生应准备全部规定应考曲目,不得缺项,缺项视为不通过。
(5) 由于版权规定,考级一律使用中央音乐学院编写的考级教材(海外版),如有需要可以通过 www.bccma.net 网上购买。
(6) 因视频的时限特殊性,考试中,如遇到反复记号,均无须反复;如遇到不同结尾反复记号(“跳房子”),可直接进入第二结尾(“2 房子”)演奏。
(7) 录制视频时,请用手机镜头对准演奏者正面录制,不可使用屏幕镜头。
(8) 由于电脑技术问题、网络问题或其他个人原因未能按时报名和应考的考生,视为自动放弃考试,不设补考,不予退费。
(9) 申请人提交网上报名表时,须按提示同时于网上缴纳考试费用,缴纳成功后须上传缴费凭证,报名截止日期后一律不予退款。
(10) 报名结束后如需更改有关报考资料, 请发送电邮至 mail@bccma.net,并须缴纳 5 加元的更改费。所以报名时请务必
仔细核对信息,个别考生逾期补报的,经同意后需要交纳 20 加元的补报费用,9 月 1 日以后不再接收补报。

1. Overview
The Central Conservatory of Music holds one of the highest standards of music and arts education of all institutions in China. In order to promote and nurture Chinese music, the Central Conservatory of Music has carried out examinations in many countries and regions since 1989. In line with the purpose of popularizing music education with academic rigour and tradition, it provides student musicians across the world with the opportunity to learn Chinese musical instruments and receive authoritative appraisal and evaluation.
To strengthen the cultural exchanges between China and Canada, the Central Conservatory of Music has collaborated with the British Columbia Chinese Music Association in Canada since 2006. Chinese music examinations have been held throughout Canada, including the “Professional Level Examination” (“Technical Examination”) and the “Chinese Instrumental Music General Knowledge and Music Fundamentals Examination” (“Music Theory Examination”).
Since 2007, the BC Ministry of Education has officially accepted the certificate of the “Off-Campus Music Proficiency Exam” hosted by the British Columbia Chinese Music Association (BCCMA) and issued by the Central Conservatory of Music in China. The results of the Chinese Music Examination can be used as the scores of the BC Secondary School External Credential Program Courses. Students may receive high school graduation credits for these results, and use them to apply for university. The Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM) Courses includes a total of nine instrument categories: Guzheng, Erhu, Pipa, Yangqin, Zhongruan, Dizi, Sheng, Liuqin and Suona. Candidates can apply for a maximum of 8 credits for completing their “Technical Examinations” together with “Music Theory Examinations” – credits for which can be used for secondary school graduation requirements. Exam credentials and their respective grade requirements are as follows:
• Central Conservatory of Music 10 / UCCM 10 – Level 7 “Technical Exam” together with the “Music Theory Exam” certificate may be awarded four credits.
• Central Conservatory of Music 11 / UCCM 11 – Level 8 “Technical Exam” together with the “Music Theory Exam” certificate may be awarded two extra credits.
• Central Conservatory of Music 12 / UCCM 12 – Level 9 “Technical Exam” together with the “Music Theory Exam” certificate may be awarded two extra credits.

2. Application levels and applicants:
The performance level of each major is set as level 1-9. All candidates are free to choose the appropriate level exam. Candidates cannot apply for multiple levels at the same time. They can only apply again after the results of the current exam are released. (It is recommended that candidates take the instructor’s advice to choose the appropriate level.)
Anyone who has studied the above majors and has a certain performance level can register to participate, regardless of age.
3. Exam content
Performance part: Choose an etude (you can perform it by reading the music score), and choose a piece of music (you must perform it by memorizing the music score, except those aged 18 and above).
Oral test part: Since this test is conducted through uploading videos, the oral test is exempted.
4. Registration
(1) Registration and review time:
Registration will be started from June 15 to August 15, 2024, and will be reviewed and replied from September 1 to 30.

Only online registration is accepted, candidates can go to www.bccma.net to register.

This brochure and the link to the online exam registration form are published in the “CCOM/Chinese Music Examination” item on the official website of the “BC Chinese Music Association” (www.bccma.net). All information is subject to the official online version. Before filling in and submitting the application form, you should read this examination brochure. All exam fees are paid in Canadian dollars.
When registering, you must fill in the following correctly: Chinese name (if applied), English name, mailing address, date of birth, subject, level, name of the music(selected from the registration list), contact email, etc. Candidates under 18 years old must fill in the name of their parents or instructors and contact number.
Admission tickets will no longer be sent before the exam. You must take the exam with an official ID with photo (passport, PR card, driver’s license, etc.).
The candidate’s contact email and mailing address are very important. Please check and fill them in carefully. If the email cannot be received due to an incorrect email address, CAD 5 resend fee will be charged before the email can be reissued.
The certificate name will be automatically extracted from the registration information provided by the candidate. Once generated, it cannot be changed. Please check the registration information carefully. If the certificate needs to be reissued due to an incorrect name or mailing address, CAD $50 will be charged as certificate production and domestic mailing fee (excluding international express fees).

6. Examination and certification
(1) Examination time
The technical examination will be conducted in the form of “uploading videos”. The video upload examination constructions and payment receipt will be sent to the candidates via email after registration. The number on the receipt is also the candidate’s number, and the number will be needed to query the candidate’s relevant information in the future. Please be sure to fill in a valid email address on the registration form. If you have not received the reply within the reply deadline, please send an email to check. Since no one answers the phone during the holidays, please do not call or leave messages.
(2) Video upload time: October 20, 2024 (tentative)
(3) Results release time: February 2025. The evaluation form will be sent to the email address registered by the candidate when registering. Please be sure to fill in the correct email address.
(4) Certificate issuance time: approximately within 2 months after the results are announced.
7. Precautions
(1) Music must be played without music score, etudes can be played by reading the score. Exceptions are made for those aged 18 and over.
(2) Candidates must bring their own tuned instruments to take the exam.
(3) No accompaniment or audio accompaniment may be used during the examination.
(4) Candidates should prepare all the repertoire and must not be missing any items. Missing items will be deemed as a failure.
(5) Due to copyright regulations, the grading examination materials (overseas version) written by the Central Conservatory of Music will be used. If necessary, they can be purchased online at www.bccma.net.
(6) Due to the special time limit of the video, if you encounter repeated marks during the exam, there is no need to repeat it; if you encounter repeated marks with different endings (“Hopscotch”), you can directly enter the second ending (“2 Houses”) to play.
(7) When recording video, please use the mobile phone lens to record in front of the performer. Do not use the selfie lens.
(8) Candidates who fail to register and take the exam on time due to computer technical problems, network problems or other personal reasons will be deemed to have given up the exam, and there will be no make-up exams and no refunds.
(9) When submitting the online registration form, the applicant must follow the prompts and pay the examination fee online at the same time. After successful payment, the payment voucher must be uploaded. No refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
