June 23 2019 BCYCO The First Blooms of Summer Concert

The B.C. Youth Chinese Orchestra would like to present to you, The First Blooms of Summer: Celebrating Canadian Youth Making Chinese Music. The B.C. Youth Chinese Orchestra is celebrating its 18th season with an evening of traditional Chinese orchestral pieces and solo performances from talented young musicians playing the erhu, pipa, yangqin, and zheng.  

The First Blooms of Summer Concert represents the maturing and blossoming of these young musicians after a year of hard work and dedication. This is also our (BCYCO) 18th season and is a representation of the growth of the BCYCO as a whole.

The concert will be held on June 23rd, 2019 (Sunday) 7:30pm at the Annex Performing Arts Theatre. Tickets start at $15 for adults and $10 for students under 18. For more information or ticketing options, please contact us at 604-327-8807 or email us at mail@bccma.net.
